Fusion HCM Absence Approver Based on Requester's Role

ADD PAYLOAD VALUES :-

            Add Values to Common Lookup: ‘ORA_ANC_ADDL_PAYLOAD’

 Values:

1.  EMP

2.  HR

3.  MGR

          NOTE:

          Make sure that there will be no space in Lookup Code as well as in the 

          Meaning.

SETUP PAYLOAD AT LEAVE LEVEL :-

 Navigation:

  

 Absence Administration > Absence Types > choose particular Absence >  Display Features

     Select Additional Payload Attribute as below 

     

SETUP APPROVERS FOR ABSENCE :-

Write Down below conditions to Identify Initiator to set up rule.

1.    Identify HR :

(absencesApprovalsRequest.absenceDispStatusCd.toUpperCase() == "HR")

2.    Identify Employee :

(absencesApprovalsRequest.absenceDispStatusCd.toUpperCase() == "EMP")

3.    Identify Line Manager :

(absencesApprovalsRequest.absenceDispStatusCd.toUpperCase() == "MGR")

Requirement:

1.  If HR initiates Leave then Transaction should go for representative approval.

2.  If EMP initiates Leave then transaction should go for Line Manager Approval.

INITIATOR_HR condition:

(absencesApprovalsRequest.absenceDispStatusCd.toUpperCase() == "HR")

INITIATOR_EMP condition:

(absencesApprovalsRequest.absenceDispStatusCd.toUpperCase() == "EMP")
